SOLD - Vintage Green and White Polka Dot Kettle by EMO Celje Yugoslavia

The only thing better than a piping hot cup of your favorite coffee or tea is one poured from a fun vintage pot! This sweet vintage enamel coffee pot features a bright green and white polka dot pattern and a great retro shape. Made by EMO Celje of Yugoslavia. The Emo Frite company has been in business since 1894, and their backstamp has remained the same for all of those years - with the exception of the small star on the base of this piece, which indicates that this piece is from the Soviet or Communist Era. A beautiful piece that's sure to bring a smile to your face and a pop of color to your kitchen!

Condition:
➝ In good condition for its age. Polka dots are crisp and clear, and the green enameled finish is bright and shiny. There are a number of small chips to the surface of the enamel, mainly around the base of the kettle, as well as a couple where the lid is attached to the base (use zoom tool on photos to see close up). Inside is clean and bright, with a couple of very small chips and some extremely light signs of discoloration. Overall, this cutie still has lots of life left in it and displays beautifully!
